1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GenerateCoverLetter.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
GenerateCoverLetter.com provides an AI-powered cover letter generation service. Users can input their resume and job descriptions to generate tailored cover letters. The service includes features such as ATS keyword tracking, job fit analysis, and various editing tools.
3. User Accounts
You can generate a cover letter without an account. Some features, including editing, downloads, and saving your letters, require an account or a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information.
4. Payment Terms
We offer two ways to get full access. The Week Pass is a one-time payment of $9 that unlocks unlimited cover letters and every tool for seven days; it never renews and no card is kept for a future charge. Unlimited is a monthly subscription that is $19 for your first month, then $24.99 a month; you can cancel at any time from your account. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. All purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. Cancelling from your account stops all future charges. Customers who subscribed under an earlier plan keep the price and terms they signed up for.
5. Intellectual Property
The cover letters you generate using our service are yours to use as you see fit. However, the underlying technology, algorithms, and platform remain the intellectual property of GenerateCoverLetter.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
GenerateCoverLetter.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will result in job offers or interviews. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
