I would like to bring that same patient, data-aware support to the teaching assistant role at [Company].
For the past three years I have worked alongside lead teachers in K-3 classrooms, running guided reading stations, scribing for students with IEP accommodations, and managing the kind of small-group rotations that let one teacher reach twenty-four children. I am comfortable with the daily rhythm most postings only hint at: prepping centers before the bell, redirecting a student before a meltdown escalates, and logging anecdotal notes the lead teacher can actually use at conferences.
Classroom management is where I add the most quiet value. I use proximity, clear visual cues, and a calm consistent tone rather than raised voices, and I am trained in CPI de-escalation.
